This went to the local planning agency on February 3, 22, who
found it consistent with a comprehensive plan and recommended approval to the board. And it was it came to the board for first reading on February 22nd, 2022. I do want to mention that we have had uh with staff several meetings with stakeholders, and we do have the big stakeholder kickoff meeting on April 13th of 2022 to. Um work together and write an ordinance on this matter.

Um I think some of them w understood but some of them didn't so they understand where we are and where we're going and they're looking forward to helping us. And that they're actually helping us find a few more stakeholders to to join. us on April thirteenth. So Okay, this is uh does anyone want to speak to this item?

I'm glad you had the meetings with those folks. There's two other three I talked with and they weren't comfortable before, so I'm glad you're uncomfortable based upon that as well.
