P5 transportation element comprehensive plan amendments

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

The county’s agenda for Planning Commission, Nov 4, 2021

The published PDF. Its text could not be extracted — it is an image-only scan — so nothing in it is searchable here, but it reads normally.

Jaimie Girardi

All right, thank you. Denise, before we get to P C three, was P five on regular because there's opposition or

Denise

P five is on regular because it's a uh That's something that is presented to the local planning agency. Did you want Amir to do P5?

Jaimie Girardi

I he can, I just that I I don't know that there's any requirement that it had to be going regular. It could have been on consent. Unless

Does staff want to do a presentation to planning commission on it?

Charles Grey

We can put it we can uh

As long as there anyone here to object to P five?

Michael Dadey

not have to be audio, it's not even

Jaimie Girardi

a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a Well, unless Planning Commission has questions about it. You don't have to have a presentation. It's up to you all. I I just try to speed things along.

Charles Grey

Right. Okay.

Jaimie Girardi

If there's no opposition and no questions, it doesn't make sense to go

Charles Grey

through the

Jaimie Girardi

process.

Denise

Okay, well I'll read it into record.

Jaimie Girardi

Okay.

Denise

And um so on P on P five you're sitting as a local planning agency. So today what we're asking you to do is define these proposed amendments consistent with the Pasco County comprehensive

plan.

Plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners. So P5 is PDD 22005A. It's a comprehensive plan amendment. See PAL 21, forensic 04, Chapter 7, transportation element. This is to providing for text amendments to Chapter 7, transportation element, Table 7-2A, quarter preservation, and repealing Table 7-2B, providing for map amendments to The Highway Vision Plan and Functional Class Map, Map 7-36, and the Transportation

Corridor Preservation Map, Map 7-35, and providing for additional text amendments as necessary for internal consistency. Again, you're sitting as a local planning agency on this item. We're asking that you find it consistent with the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

Charles Grey

Thank you, Denise. So does anyone here have an objection?

Donald E. Anderson

No. No.

Charles Grey

Okay. If not, then

Donald E. Anderson

I'll hear a motion.

Make a motion to accept the amendments as presented. Okay, have a

Charles Grey

motion and then can we have a second? All second. Okay, we're mocking a second. Any further discussion of the motion? All in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Aye. Aye. Opposed? Motion carries.

Okay.
