Staff update laptops and 2024 public hearing schedule

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Okay, sorry. Um so before you um you actually break or you adjourn, so I wanted to provide an update on the laptops. So the laptops will be deployed on November 2nd, so at the next Planning Commission meeting at 1 30 in Dade City. So I'll bring those over to you. Um IT will be working on moving your profiles over from the old um the iPads into the the into the laptop so that that should be deployed at that time. And then I also wanted to uh note that there's a

noted item today which is the public hearing schedule for 2024. So the Board of County Commissioners approved the public hearing schedule for 2024 on October 10th. And what I'll do is I'll send you the actual public hearing schedule Schedule um by email separately, maybe tomorrow or later today.

Denise, just one question on the noted items. I know there was two sets of annotated minutes that were revised from the last meeting. Is it standard for and I didn't notice it in here, but changes that were made to be like strike underline? 'Cause I mean I know although they're in here, I can't remember July sixth meeting and what actually was changed. Um I'm gonna defer

Denise

to the clerk's office on that because I think the clerk's office puts together the m the meeting minutes and perhaps that was that as a result of one of the Planning Commission members saying that there is a correction to the meeting minutes.

Clerk

The motion that was made on those minutes was um approved uh Um with the corrections made, they were not continued and then brought back to you. So they were approved with the con um comments you had asked for.

Moody

Right, which and I think it had to do with that the vote was unanimous with the exception of so and so or so and then.

Girardi

should show a strike there and then.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Yeah, or just at least an underline so we can see what was changed. Like I remember the one from August third was the um had to do with the shot clock. Okay, and I I was able to find that in the sixteen pages, but the other one I couldn't remember what the revision was and I just was I was trying to remember but I I don't know if that violates some it was just more of a question than anything else. If it could be done with underline text or strike through text. Um I think it would help. That's all. Just a comment.

Very good. Thank you.

Grey

Correct again, Denise. She's so good.

Denise

Thank you very much.

Connected City

And if you're listening out there, we still love you, Brad.

Girardi

Yes, but Apparently he is because he's texting. Yeah, that's right.

Grey

He's in the hall.

Okay.

Denise

That's all I've got.

Grey

Okay. That's all that we got.
