Okay. Okay, with that being said, we'll go ahead and move on to the public hearing. Yeah. Um the public hearing procedures for those of you who have not been here before, um, in-person participants and participants attending through WebEx. Including the applicant. Who have pre registered for the Planning Commission meeting will be notified by County Staff when they will be permitted to speak. Applicants will be limited to five minutes and other participants will participants will be limited to three minutes unless additional time is approved at
least twenty four hours in advance of the meeting. And I don't think we have any of those today. Uh in person participants and WebEx participants must announce the following items before speaking. And at that time they will be sworn by the clerk, but we'll actually we'll swear everybody in. Let's go ahead and s you're gonna swear everybody in now. If you plan on giving any Testimony today, if you plan on speaking, if you can please stand and raise your right hand so you can be sworn.

And when you come up to speak, if you can please state your name, your address, the agenda item, and the agenda title and what you plan to speak on. Then the three or five minute timer will start.
Um today's agenda or our agenda is broken up into three sections. There's a uh continuance section, a consent section, and a regular item section. Today we have five public hearing items on the agenda.
One continuance and three consent items. The consent items will be approved by regular vote unless the item is pulled from consent. Once the motion is made on the consent agenda The chair will call for a second and the motion will be voted on. Madam Clerk, do we have proof?
