What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Denise

Should we move on to PC three? Is I'm is there a I apologize. You know what? We have one additional item and I forgot to mention that we do have a small scale comprehensive plan amendment. So can I it's PC three. I apologize for that. Okay,

Grey

no problem.

Denise

Yes.

Grey

Oh it's probably me. I was rushing you.

Denise

No, it's actually me. Not you. PC3, PDD 22004. It's a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map, map 2-15, and sheet 22, changing from res 3 residential three dwelling units per gross acre to comm commercial on approximately four acres of property located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Foxwood Boulevard and State Road 54. Probably what I the reason why my brain compartmentalized this is. Because you're sitting as a local planning agency for this one. So

just to mention to you that you're sitting as a local planning agency on this one. So we're asking that you find the item consistent with the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan and that you recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners on this item.

Grey

All right. So is there anybody here to speak on this item? If not, I'll hear a motion.

Anderson

I'll move to adopt uh PC three on the consent agenda. for amendments to the comprehensive plan.

Grey

All right, do I have a second? I'll second

Chris Williams

that.

Grey

We have a motion and a second. Any further discussion of the motion? All in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Opposed, like sign. Motion carries.
