Call to order roll call minutes approval
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

What was said
Machine transcription of 3m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 94% of 18 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.
We're ready.
Okay.
So good afternoon everyone. I'd like to call the meeting to order if we could stand for a moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, to the Republic for which it stands, one nation, one of God. Can you do it as well? With the repeating that's right.
Okay, would you like to give us the roll call?
Kevin Ryman?
Here.
Michael Hawk?
Here.
Here.
Present? Okay. Um are there minutes to be approved?
I move approval in minutes from 927 and 1011. Second.
And motion is second. Any further discussion of the minutes? All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Motion carries.
Okay. Okay, so if anybody plans to give testimony or come speak today, if you'll stand, raise your right hand and be sworn.
All right, thank you very much.
Okay.
So uh I'd just like to welcome everybody here today and for those of you who aren't usually at these meetings, uh the Planning Commission is appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and we meet twice a month. Planning Commission serves as a local planning agency. The Planning Commission holds public hearing and transmits the board to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requests. The Planning Commission is the final decision-making
body for special exceptions. Certain appeals, variance requests, certain alternative standard requests. However, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. If anyone is in opposition to any comprehensive plan amendment, land development code amendment, rezoning, conditional use, or any item where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, it's important for you to attend the appropriate Board of County Commissioners. And we do have those dates available if you need them.
