Okay, welcome everybody today. We're the Planning Commissioner and we're appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. We meet twice a month. We serve as a local planning agency and we hold public hearing and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations on the comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requests. Planning Commission is the final decision-making body for special exceptions, certain appeals, variance, exceptions, requests, and certain alternative standard
requests. However, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. If anyone is in opposition to any development code amendment, rezoning, additional use, or any item where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, it's important that you attend the appropriate Board of County Commissioners meeting. For those of you who are not familiar with the format that we follow here, we have uh three different segments. We have
continuances. Those uh our items were the staff uh has requested or the applicant has requested a continuance for any number of reasons. It's been our custom to approve those requests unless we have extenuating circumstances. Uh we also have consent agenda. Those items are listed on our agenda on as a consent item. We'll go through those one at a time and as I read them off, if there's anything that you'd like discuss today, please
raise your hand. We'll quote from consent and we'll discuss it on the regular agenda, which is the third item. Applicants will have three minutes to make their presentations and the questioners or the public will have opportunities to respond, to uh ask questions, and then the applicant will have a chance to respond. Uh if there's been any requests at least twenty four hours in in advance of this meeting in writing for extra time, uh we
may grant extra time. I don't think we have any of those. Is that correct?
