At the risk of being redundant for those of you who are here quite frequently, the Plan Commission is appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and we meet twice monthly. Serve at the local planning agency and we hold public hearing to transmit to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations on Comprehension Plan amendments, delay and development code amendments. Um rezoning and continual use requests. Planning commission is the final decision making body for special exceptions. Certain appeals, variance
requests, certain alternative standard requests, however final decisions may be appealed. to the Board of County Commissioners and if anyone is in opposition to any recommendation we make to the County Commission. It's important for you to attend the appropriate county commission meeting. Uh for those of you those of you who are here but Is there anybody that's not familiar with the uh uh format of the meeting.
