I don't know why people some people are getting free roads and others aren't, personally. I think it's irresponsible that we said we were gonna do something. That was the condition of their getting their roads fixed and not getting PVAST right then.

That predates me. I don't know the answer to that, but it is my understanding that it It was we will go in and chip seal them now, but in order to do that we will come back and force an assessment on you to do them right in the future.

already? Mr. Chairman, when we did this work, it was a very uh unfortunate time for a lot of people that we we we made a great move getting them fixed. Uh the discussions that were had, there was no official uh dialogue as commission the chairman just said that we make a contract with them that we're gonna come back and force pavement that didn't happen. You can't just say you're gonna do that without numbers in place anyway. So I think what we need to do is to do a full look. Let's bring back and do a workshop or at least an agenda item with allotting
at least an hour or two's worth of time. And this is let's go study the paving assessment program we're in. We can study the ones that are still coming up and I will tell you there's one in quality hills that's coming up. Uh that we had to do a pipe in the ground to go fix the drainage. Those people haven't flooded in like four years, five years. It's been a great success up there. But that pipe's going in the ground now. It's been approved for Swift Mud. So that's one that's going to be coming. I'll be supporting that one uh because if people definitely want it, we fix the flood and so I think we need the full dialogue about let's go look at how we're paving these roads and let's go see if we want to change course. Right. And put it all
in one box together with all the questions.

So you know, Mr. Merrill, there was no cost or anything in that chip sale when we did it? At that time of emergency there was nothing about any cost to any resident about that, but it was a fact that we were gonna come back later and do a PVAS assessment to to fix those roads. So there's no cost in there from anything else. Okay.
