What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Those are items where uh either the applicant or the staff has requested a continuance for any number of reasons and it's generally been our uh policy to uh uh allow for continuances where they are reasonably requested. We have a consent item Those items are items where we're going to hear them today, but they uh have not uh been uh questioned by any member of the staff or

any member of the public. So those items are on consent. Anything that is on consent, we'll read. the title to the item and if it's something that you want to pull or uh have heard today, just raise your hand and we'll pull it for discussion, which will go to the regular items. And anything that's on the regular items will be Fully vetted today and discussed by the applicant and anybody in the audience that has

questions about it. Applicants will have uh five minutes to make their presentation uh and the questioners will have three minutes to ask ask questions and state their concerns, followed by a return by the applicant to respond to any questions or concerns.

Um Has there been any request for additional time?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

There is not, Mr. Chair.

Jaimie GirardiVice Chair

Actually there was. Ms. Wolvey requested additional time 'cause it was granted.

For dancing.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Okay. I apologize, Mr. Chairman did have additional time. Okay.

Charles GreyChair

All right. So if there has been additional time requested, at least 20 hours, 24 hours prior to this meeting for extra time, such extra time may be granted, which we have granted one request for time, for extra time.

As a personal note, please, if you're here today, please keep your phones in silent position so that they won't disturb anybody that may be talking or making the presentation. And before we start, is there anyone here that's here to speak on an item that is not on today's agenda?
