A resolution by the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, celebrating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America. Whereas on July 4th, 2026, our nation commemorated the semi-quincentennial anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. And whereas the journey towards this historic milestone is an opportunity to reflect

55:49on our nation's past, honor the contributions of all Americans, and look ahead to the future generations who will carry forward the ideals of democracy and individual liberty. that makes the United States a unique nation in the world's community. ANRAS, the State of Florida, through the Department of State's Division of Historical Resources, protects, preserves, and shares our revolutionary war heritage through our museums, conservation labs, collection facilities, archaeology

56:57the American Revolution. and whereas, through the President General's leadership, all daughters are spending the next three years illuminating Our legacy by celebrating our nation's rich history and diversity, promoting belonging through membership and dedicated service to God, home, and country, and by completing projects in unique local and impactful ways. 58:18I would just like to say thank you to Pasco County and the Pasco County employees that were very much involved in the two years worth of planning that uh allowed us this celebration that we had on July 4th. Uh East Pasco County Celebrates was the name of our committee. We were recognized. In the 119th Congressional Record of the United States Congress for the celebrations that we had here, as it was not just one city and

58:48one town, it was a conglomerate of East Pasco County residents, churches. Seven schools, students, bands, and the public. We had between six and seven hundred members of the public that attended. Pasco County provided our fireworks for us out at Earth Park. We so much appreciate that. Everyone had a wonderful time, and we thank you very much for recognizing America's 250th birthday and

59:18the celebration we had for it. We're proud to be Americans. Everyone's proud of our government and the way our government process works. It allows each and every person here today to be here today, to speak to your representatives and have your voice listened to. This is what America is all about. And the daughters of the American Revolution are here to ensure that we continue to educate the public on our founding, our government processes,
