Thank you, Mr. Chair. Just really three quick items. First, I'd like to congratulate Adam Thomas, who was recently recognized as a community leader by the Tampa Bay Titan 100. So that recognizes regional leaders in both public and private sector that uh demonstrate exceptional leadership, vision, and influence in their field. So we're we're very happy and proud of Adam for that. Um the second item is um I just want to give a shout out to our purchasing department. They have earned the 2026 Achievement of Excellence
and Procurement Award. So again, you know, managing our procurement process, as I always like to say, coloring within the lines, and they do a fine job of that. Thirdly, and you know, this is actually pretty good. You you may know that the state issues recycling numbers and ranks counties on how they fall in terms of a percentage of recycling versus population. For the longest time, Pasco County has kind of hovered in that of 67 counties. We've always been in the top ten. I'm happy to say that we finally have moved the needle. We are now sixth in
the state, ahead of both Pinellas and Hill. In terms of our overall recycling here in Pasco County, which is something really to be proud of. So that includes not only what we recycle and turn into energy, but also the businesses that contribute to that. So, for example, recycled concrete and those other those other things that are that are recycled, we finally have a good handle on counting that. And so very, very proud that we are in the top 10% now officially of Florida counties when it comes to uh recycling. That is all. Thank you.
