During the July fourteenth Board of County Commissioners meeting, miscellaneous business was skipped due to a heavy agenda. On the July fourteenth agenda was noted item uh NI twenty six oh nine twenty four, which was in reference to audit number twenty-five oh four uh dealing with the ambulance billing final report. The scope of
the audit was an end-to-end review of the Pasco County Fire Rescue Accounts Receivable Recol uh Reconciliation Process. The audit period covered the billings from October 1, 24 through September 30, 25. The objective was to determine the procedures and controls in place supporting agreement between the billing system, which is Rescue Net, and the County's financial system, Munis. Based on the procedures performed, there were no findings or controlled deficiencies. Payment
amounts in the billing system did reconcile to the financial system. Overall, Pasco County Fire Rescue's procedures and controls supported the accounts receivable reconciliation process. There were identified items to improve by reducing reliance on manual processes and updating existing policies to include some key processes. On July 8th, our office published the annual unclaimed funds with the Pasco or Tampa Bay Times and our uh office website. There is more than $290,000 in unclaimed funds between the clerk's office and the county. This is available to ask individuals
and businesses review the list to see if they're entitled to reclaim these monies. Claims forms must be submitted to the clerk's office no later than September first. Instructions and claims forms are available on the clerk's website at www.pascoclerk.com.

Yeah. That's not right. And it and it is amazing how much money I handle signing off on a lot of the checks and transmittals. It's amazing how many hundreds of thousands of dollars of funds from Unclaimed tax deed sales and just various things go to the state each year.
