1:15:53So uh we partnered with uh the animal shelter and got them a bunch of food and Home Depot was nice enough to donate drywall so they're now going to be able to uh do their kitten room. 1:16:23came in thinking we were gonna tell them you know, what to do and but really it was the opposite and and it was it was very great. They had some good ideas and they participated in all the exercises and we got some really good feedback and they're looking forward to the follow up meeting. So Oh and this was at Dunkin' Donuts. It was a backpack event. So our office donated some school supplies and it was great. The kids were super excited to see the dog and get all their school supplies.

1:16:53Oh, we had the pleasure of going out to see the dogs train at the sheriff's office. So this was really interesting if you've never been out there, but uh we got to see the bite dogs. So they will even tell them like which corner to hit in their arm and they will hit it. So um Yeah. And these guys put on like a silicone silicone on their arms and then this this big vest, this big suit, but it's really really thick and they're purple. Their arms are purple. Like they're already they're

1:17:23already uh bruising the second they take the suit off. So uh that was really interested Interesting. And also I just wanted to bring up, speaking about the Sheriff's Office, um, I feel like we left on the camera readers that we just kinda left it out there. Um I'm I'm very comfortable after You know, what I saw at the sheriff's office where you have to have a case number, it has to be tied. You know, I feel like everyone is bringing up these examples and they're in North Carolina or in there in other counties, but in

1:17:54our county, we're not doing that. We are only pulling these up. It's not normal everyday people who are just driving by. We we can't tag those people. So if you don't have a case number, if you don't have these specific Yeah. They're not even looking at us. They're holding the data for thirty days and they're they're solving cases super quick. Uh would you support us keeping our agreement with the Sheriff's Office on the on the license plate readers that Pasco does things differently than other counties and people can pull up on YouTube and all these other things, but they they're not it's not Pasco County. It's not what we're doing. We're not keeping the data. It hasn't been hacked into and it's helping the Sheriff's Office.

1:19:02I actually We think it's a great thing that we can locate people that abduct children and others right away or some accident or some problems. Uh it helps take those bad people off the road.

Now at the expense of being searched and you shouldn't be searched, you've done nothing wrong, having these cameras up everywhere, the data that's collected, you may say we're not doing anything with it, Ron? But the people that own it, the reason they're doing it so cheaply and expensively, they're making money from that data they're collecting. They're not out of selling out there. But they're not. So let me say this before you guys make a motion, before we k before I call this motion, I think you should get more information. Because liter literally,

1:19:46I've got the gains report that's here. That says all the things that are wrong with it, the things that can go wrong with it. Todd Bailey, I gave him a copy yesterday to go look at it and review it. Before you're gonna make a decision on this. I think you wanna do more homework on it. Because right now that information is out there, there's a reason they're making money. That's because they're taking the data, they're manipulating it. And whether it gets stolen or used, whatever, it's something that our citizens I've heard enough, for one, that they don't like it. And again,

1:20:17that's constitutionally that fourth amendment, I think, is something you've got to be real careful to, and I don't think we need to do it. And for all the down the side it could be. 1:20:59Anyway, for some reason I'm pulling up, but on Fox News they had an article on it where a something was happening with a lady who was tracked by a flock camera falsely. I had another saw another one where a lady was being accused. She had to prove that it wasn't her in a car and had to fight that battle for a long time until they finally dropped the case. So there's negative things going elsewhere. And again, I'm not saying our people do anything wrong. I'm going to say chase the people we talk to, very professional. I think what we have is in place is good. However,

1:21:30what can be done with that information, they can't control. And you haven't even seen the contract and I wanted Dave to go look at the contract to find out are we being subject to uh a bad situation because of the contract they've written that we didn't see.

1:21:43Okay. I First of all, I trust our sheriff. I trust our sheriff's office. That stuff is going on in other counties, not in Pasco County. Those cameras are everywhere. They're at Lowe's, they're at the outlets, they're everywhere. So that the the cameras that the sheriff's office has control of, I trust the sheriff. And also you cannot see people's faces in those cameras. You see the license plate. That's it. And I'm not a big camera person, trust me. I lived in downtown New Port Richey.

1:22:13I called Brad. I'm like, I got another freaking camera speeding ticket. But they're not using it, they're not using it for speeding tickets. It has to have a case number. You're only looking at the license plate. And I I trust the sheriff. I don't trust other counties, but I trust Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

1:22:30It's not as bad as trusting the sheriff's office, but the information, once it goes to flock, flock. can do with what it wants.
