consent agenda C fourteen sidewalk construction program

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

And the next order business the consent agenda. There's only one item uh to pull. That's uh I've got uh C 14, that's just for a quick discussion. Uh any other items to be pulled from the consent agenda?

Ron Oakley

Move approval all the items on consent agenda.

Jack MarianoChair

Second. All in favor say aye. Aye. Thank you. Okay. And item C fourteen, uh, Genie of Pitchers. I just want to say I'm very happy to see the sidewalk construction program coming on. It's gonna be done before the road. And I just want to show you a quick picture of the road so that we can actually took take a look and maybe just improve the project just a touch. Um so there's Johnson Road. This road connects from US 19 all the way over to Zimmerman. It's gonna be a great addition because when people will travel this road, it takes a lot of traffic off 19, probably less

stress off 52 as well as down even further to the south. So it's a much needed road. There's a road right beside it called the Rampart that needs a little bit of addition. And Jason, if you can I'm not looking for that now, but just want to bring out to attention, if you can maybe add that to it, we'll help. Another little connection to kind of help disperse traffic a little bit. Mm-hmm.

James Freud

Good morning Commissioner. Jason Mickel, Book Works Director. Um Yeah. Um I thought you were talking about the sidewalk.

Jack MarianoChair

Um no, no, happy with the sidewalk project, but I know they're doing the sidewalk and then the project safety. Exactly. But I just want to say as we look at that, this is a great project. I'm glad it's coming forward. But after that gets done or during that, if we good when we go do the paving part, take a look at that little canal. We will certainly take a look at

that. Absolutely.

Jack MarianoChair

All right. That's all I've got. Uh someone make a motion to approve? Approved. And a second? All in favor

Seth WeightmanVice Chair

say aye. Aye. Aye. Chairman. Just one moment. Thanks for pulling that. I just I think it's important that. Whenever projects like this come on consent that If it's in whose ever district it is, it's important that we highlight the actual infrastructure work that we're done. So um good pull, Chairman. Thank you. Okay,
