2:41:44Thank you, Madam Chairman. Um uh Clerk Alvarez Holes uh wanted me to bring just a couple of items to you. Uh an update. Uh uh over the last two weekends we conducted the big shred. and uh annual annual event for the clerk's office. Wanna extend our thanks to the counties uh uh utilities recycling crews for their participation and it was great. Uh and Shred 360, the vendor that participated. It was very cold week

2:42:14it two weeks ago on Saturday morning. We still had a pretty good turnout in Newport Ritchie and uh ended up with about five and a half tons of uh shred there. Uh and in Dade City this last weekend. It was about the same as last year with about three tons. So over the last five events or two years, um we have done about 40. five tons of uh shredding recycling that has been able to assist the county. So uh again thank you to county

2:42:44staff and shred three sixty for your participation. Next uh Monday morning, uh the annual Valentine's Day wedding ceremony will be here at the courthouse. Thank you for the use of it. Um we hope not to have to come inside. Uh we're hoping for it to be outside. But again there'll be about twenty cup couples that are planning on getting married on uh next uh Next Monday. Next Monday, Valentine's Day at eleven o'clock, uh here at the

2:43:14historic courthouse. The other thing that she would like to pass along that came from the Clerks Association, and this is kind of a special heads up to county staff. Um s in the uh realm of new scam. Um they are going in and looking at public records to find in various public records, in this one case was the clerk's office, but where monies erode and then start approaching as if they

2:43:44were a uh county employee. And they're using very detailed information based upon what they can find in public record as to outstanding amounts that might be on uh in this one particular case was a traffic ticket, but there could be other kinds of amounts out there that have been recorded or are available through my Pasco or other things on accounts that might be held. So just a heads up, they're getting very uh good at identifying information that becomes

2:44:14it makes it quite believable. And then in the process are asking for debit card information. Uh so uh the one is being investigated in uh Pinellas County by the Sheriff's Office, but they're getting very sophisticated. And uh Nikki wanted us to pass this along just a heads up.
