Uh next slide please. This is item number PW21-0019, the Lake Homa Drive, EVAS number 3375. It's one road counter maintained and paved, and there are 97 lots and 37.35 ERUs. In terms of the estimated cost, we're looking at the new um paving contract, and um that is $166,000 about $300. Uh maximum cost per ERU on the new contract is $4,400. There's

a discounted amount of $17,320 and the final Discounted ERU amount is $3,580. And the next slide, please.
