It's a Golden Acres community. You probably don't know where that is yet. You might. Um it's just right literally right next door down little road. So it's weird. It's an agriculture community. Half of the community is zoned AR, half the community is zoned ER. The issue that we're having with code
is In ER and AR you're allowed the same agricultural use as horses, chickens, all those things, but in ER you're not allowed like electric fence, for instance, to keep your livestock and cows which you need. to keep them in uh your they're you're constricted by heights on fences and it's just very confusing. I don't understand why, you know, everything is an acre or more out there. I don't understand why half's AR, why halves E R, but I really would like
to see us look at Making Well, I guess first of all, find out maybe why it was split and then if we could look at changing it all to AR, 'cause I I don't know why it would be a state I'm residential in some of Golden Acres. It it's weird. So I I the only reason it came up is because Code had to got called on, somebody went out there and I'm like, hang on. They're allowed to have these cows or these horses, but they're not allowed to have this fence because it's ER, but the guy across the streets AR. So I just I I don't
