What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

And we're gonna move to the addendum because that's another a continuance as well. So your addendum is APC 7, PDD 230012. It's for a large-scale comprehensive plan amendment. See PAL 2208 for State Road 52 Groves. And this is a staff request to continue the item to the February 2nd, 2023 Local Planning Agency meeting at 130 in Dade City.

Charles GreyChair

Tw uh twenty three. Yeah, two two twenty three. All right, indeed C. Date setting. Anybody here to speak to this item? Okay. If not, then I hear a motion.

Denise, is it normal for something at this location to be heard in Dade City versus in New Port Richey?

Denise

Um I can ask it's it's n typically N normal when there is no opposition.

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Okay.

Denise

What seems to be the issue here has to do with some review of the potential for the area. It's not driven by citizen complaint. It's the county asking for the continuance. But uh the next meeting in Newport Ritchie would be 216. So if you were so inclined to do to continue it to New Port Richey, the applicant is on the line who can talk to that. And if we could please promote Ms. Wilhite. Um the the next meeting in New

Port Richey in February would be two sixteen, twenty twenty three.

I'm not sure.

ahead.

Barbara Wilhite

So I would agree with what Denise said. We have noticed this and we haven't received any public interest. So I think it's fine to be in Dade City. We always understand that if we do get public interest, we may have to continue it. So if that's an issue. Um, but I think for now that's a reasonable way to go is to continue it. Cause if not, it's you know, it's a that's a a The continuance of the second's not really my client's not really happy about, but um at least it's better than the sixteenth.

Chris Williams

Okay.

Okay. So she agreeable to Date City. Yes.

Barbara Wilhite

I am not sure if you're not going to

Chris Williams

Okay. Very

Charles GreyChair

good. Then uh do I hear a motion?

Chris Williams

I'll make the motion to approve.

Charles GreyChair

Okay, we have a motion to approve. Do you have a second? I'll

Jon Moody

second.

Charles GreyChair

Yeah. All in favor signify by saying aye. Aye. Opposed like sign?

Denise

And uh my colleague Doreen Roy will be handling item PC six.

Charles GreyChair

Okay.
