So we're We're going to move on to item PC9, and on this item you are sitting as the LPA as a local planning agency. And that item is PEG 240301. It's a comprehensive plan amendment. C Pass 2404 EDS Food Truck Park. It's

for a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps 2-15 and Sheet 22, changing from Res 6, residential 6 dwelling units per gross acre, to COM commercial on.71 acre of property, which is located on the south side of State Route 54 property. 200 feet west of Shelley Lane. There are a couple of corrections that are what need to be made to the agenda memo. In the general information section that talks about the project address, that address should actually be to both 29504 State Road 54

and 295.

And then on the references section, which is page six of six, we We need to include under the future land use under the terms to reference Res 6 as well as COM in the appendix. So with those changes which will be provided to the clerk's office, we ask that you please take public comment on this item and that you find the item consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
