All right. Thank you very much. I'd like to welcome everyone where the Planning Commission Appointed by the county commissioners and we meet twice monthly. We serve serve as a local planning agency. We hold public hearing and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners Recommendations on comprehensive uh comprehensive plan amendments. Land Development Code amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requests. Planning Commission is the final decision-making body for special exceptions. Yeah.
variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests. However final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. If anyone is in opposition to any development code amendment, Resoning conditional use or any item where The Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. It's important for you to t uh attend the appropriate county commission meeting. For those of you who are not familiar with the procedures that we follow here in these meetings, we have three
segments. One first is the continuance. And we it we uh it's been our custom to grant continuances When re when uh rec uh requested by the Staff or the applicant unless they're cons
