Uh on March twelfth, twenty twenty, the Board of County Commissioners declared a local state of emergency after the governor issued executive orders twenty fifty one and twenty fifty two. Public health emergency and state of emergency related to COVID nineteen, most recently extended by Executive Order 20 three one six on December twenty ninth, twenty twenty. The board has chosen to hold the board meeting with a quorum physically present utilizing

2:58Indicating the board's intent to conduct a hybrid virtual meeting has been posted on the board's website. On september twenty fifth, twenty twenty, the governor issued Executive Order twenty two forty four, moving the state into phase three of the Governor's Safe, Smart, Step by Step Order, which was extended by Executive Order twenty two ninety seven, issued on november twenty fourth, twenty twenty. Large gatherings of over fifty people are still not recommended to ca congregate in any public space

3:28that does not r readily allow for appropriate social distancing. The state surgeon general. General's public health advisory is still in place with regard to maintaining social distancing and avoiding gatherings of ten people or more. The public has been afforded to make public comments either in writing or by use of communication media t technology that has been provided. The Board adopted Resolution 2182 on june thirtieth, twenty twenty, establishing the procedural rules for hybrid
