2:14:12Beyond satisfied. Absolutely beyond satisfied.

2:14:15It's a completely different mindset. It's a completely different approach. The county's been taking extra care in working together with us and a team approach.

2:14:25I think that the Pasco County has made strides in development of procedures and programs to where we have a relationship built with them. So when I do call Uh we have somebody that we know each other by name and we have an opportunity to get in front of our problem.

2:14:38So important that the customer service within any organization evolves with its customers and I think Pasco County is doing a great job of that.

2:14:46The other thing I've seen is that there's more interaction between the county staff and the community at large.

2:14:52We have an opportunity to talk with people because we go to the vertical codes and the horizontal codes meeting.

2:14:57Looking at something and saying yes I can help you and I understand what you want to do and and I'm gonna help you do it. That makes all the difference in the world.

2:15:06Listen in the past five years the changes that have come to the permitting department, the planning department, the zoning department are complex completely different. Just a breath of fresh air. It's nice to walk in and see a smiling face and shake hands with someone and and then when you make a phone call and they're picking up the phone and you're talking to someone and they're finding you answers and they're getting you the answers that you want and you need, it's just, it's it's a great feeling.

2:15:29All commissioners, all five commissioners I know very well, and they all have focused very hard on customer service.

2:15:34The attitude is is that we are your customers, and you need to be treated like a customer. And that's exactly what Don Rosenthal says every time I hear him speak.

2:15:46I think Pasco has a great future.

2:15:50is so bright. It's in a perfect location. It's right where you want to be.

2:15:54It's exciting to help build the communities that we live and work in.

2:15:58I think that Pasco County is gonna lead the region.

2:16:01I think one of the best decisions we've ever made is to better accommodate what we do for our clients in Pasco County. And the County's staff has been the keystone for that success.
