PC-8 right-of-way request fifteen minutes

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

No minutes to approve, but you do have a request for the right-of-way. Fifteen minutes of total time.

Charles GreyChair

Yes, we do. Okay. Yeah for what number eight PC. That's

Denise

on item P P eight.

Charles GreyChair

Yeah.

School District Representative

Yeah.

Charles GreyChair

Okay, can you hear me when I'm talking on this thing? Okay, can you give me a little more volume?

Denise

So just in case can folks hear me? Yeah. Okay. So what I was actually stating is uh the chairman during the beginning of the meeting states whether folks have asked for any additional time, which is typically uh requested at least twenty-four hours in advance. There was a request on item P eight for a total of fifteen minutes of time from the applicants. That's what I was stating.

Charles GreyChair

And w so we'll be keeping track of the time uh when people come up to speak and so uh Don't feel slighted if we have to cut you off short. Sometimes people are a little bit More long winded than we have time for. Especially when we have this many people. So we'll do our best to give everybody the chance to speak.

Can you s hear me now? Has it made any difference?

Unidentified speakerVoice A

Yeah, yeah.

Charles GreyChair

Are we good? Okay.

Pagel. Yeah.

Is this loud enough?

Okay.
