Yeah, um, so I I just want to announce that um our parks and recs department uh did receive n news about a FERDAP grant. This is the for Beacon Square Park, and the FEDAP is Florida Recreation Development Assistance Program. And um here's where that park is if you uh know this area. I I did a close up and then I have two where it zooms out. There this is a county park that has never had anything on it. Um and there
are a lot of homes around there. as you can see and um there are no parks in any and in that photo there there's not one park. So we're excited that they're gonna be getting some amenities. They're gonna be getting a bike rack, some new landscaping, a new a parking lot. picnic shelter, picnic tables, a playground, security lighting, And um actually that's an old basketball court that's really not even usable. So it's I hope we can get some more stuff in this park, but I'm just really
excited for this community that um they're gonna have a $200,000 injection into their park uh in this next coming year. So wanted to announce that. Right. Good job, Staff.
