Okay, I would like to welcome everybody this morning. Um We are the Planning Commission. We uh appointed by the point of Board of County Commissioners. We meet twice monthly. We serve as a local planning agency and we hold public hearing and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, land develop uh land development. Code amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requests. Planning commission is a final decision making body for

special exceptions, certain appeals, variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests. However, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. If anyone is in opposition to any comprehensive plan amendment, land Development code amendment rezoning conditional use for any item where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. It's important for you to attend the appropriate Board of County Commissioners. For

those of you who are not familiar with the format of our meetings, the procedures are as follows: We have continuances, and it's been our custom to approve a request for. Continuance, either from the staff or from the applicant, unless there are extenuating circumstances. We also have consent. Those that's where items on the agenda have not received any objections, letters of objection or objections from the staff. Those items have remain

on consent agenda. We'll go through those one at a time. Anything that's on consent that That you would like to be heard today. When I read it off, please raise your hand. We'll pull it from consent for consideration. And then we have the regular items which would be heard each of them. So applicants will have three minutes to make their presentation. And then questioners or respondents would have uh three. minutes to state their

concerns and then following uh the statement of those concerns the applicant will have an opportunity to respond. Um if there has been a request by anybody, and I don't I think I only have one uh to receive uh extra time uh at least 24 hours prior to this meeting, um it's subject to the approval of uh this board and me and uh I don't I think I've only
