Consent agenda PC1-PC9 zoning and conditional uses

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Cox

we can probably get rid of PC eight pretty quick. I just had a quick question on Okay. Okay. So um Let me get to this.

So it's it's for the sale of alcoholic beverages, uh but I'm assuming that the reason this is Here is for the consumption

Denise

because of the consumption, yes. So basically the way it works typically the sale of alcoholic beverages, the package sales, if you are giving samples of less than one ounce, that's covered. However, ABC does like larger test tastings and things like that, that's why we're here today. And I do also want to say to the Planning Commission and to the folks behind me that uh planning and development department through the ordinance development team we are working on an amended an on an amendment to the land development

code so that you will not see on-premises consumption either in the future.

Grey

Okay. Anything else about it? Um I'm

Cox

I'll move for

Grey

approval. Okay. So we have a motion and uh D, you have a second? I'll second it. Okay, any further discussion? All in favor? Aye. Aye. Opposed? Motion carries. Okay, so take care of eight.

Denise

At the pleasure of the Planning Commission, did you want me to go through PC five and six now or do you want to do P eleven? Go go do eleven? Okay.

Coming.

Sorry.
