P176 Chapter 18 building code continuance

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Kathryn StarkeyChair

Sally Sherman

This item is asking for a continuance to our August 24th hearing. Um Chapter 18 is going to be considering items that are going to be considered as a part of the Land Development Code, Section 1104. So it was appropriate just to continue that to hear at the final hearing when you consider both items.

Kathryn StarkeyChair

Okay. Um So I'll take a motion to continue one seventy six. Second. All in favor? Aye. Aye. Aye. All right, uh 177.
