an effective date. This went to the local planning agency on 217 2022, who found it consistent with a comprehensive plan and recommended approval to the Board of County Commissioners.

Madam Chairman Mariano Spito's Planning Development Department. Just a point of clarification for P fifty nine and also P sixty. Um there were there was a revision in the agenda memos for both of those items that was submitted to the clerk uh shortly before the meeting commenced. Uh so I just wanted to call that out. Nothing changes in terms of the recommendation, it's just a clarification in some of the text.
