Serves as a local planning agency. Planning commission holds public hearing. Transmits to the Board of County Commissioners. Uh recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, plan development code amendments, rezoning, and conditional uses. The Planning Commission is the final decision-making body of special special

2:50exceptions, certain appeals, variance requests, certain alternative standard requests, however, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. Uh if anyone is in opposition to any comprehensive plan amendment, land development code amendment. rezoning conditional use. or any item where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners.
