On March 20th, Governor DeSantis issued Executive Order 2069, which was recently been extended by Executive Order 2150, which suspended any Florida statute which requires a quorum to be present in person or requires a local government entity to meet in a specific place. The order allowed the Board of County Commissioners to meet virtually utilizing communications media technology. A detailed advertisement was run in the Tampa
