So I'd like to welcome everybody that's here today. We're the Planning Commission. We're appointed by the County Commissioner and we meet Twice monthly. And we serve as a local planning agency. And we hold a uh public hearing and uh transmit to the Board of County Commissioners our recommendations on Comprehensive plan amendments, rezoning, conditional use requests. The Planning Commission is the final decision making body for special exceptions, certain appeals, variance
requests, and certain alternative standard requests. However, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. Anyone's in opposition to any land development, uh code amendment, rezoning, conditional use, or any item where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, it's important for you to attend the appropriate Board of County Commissioners. For those of you who are not familiar with the format of our meetings, we have three sections, continuances,
consent, and regular items. We'll go through the first two, continuance and consent, and deal with those if uh as we read them off, if anybody has anything they'd like to say or ask about any of these, raise your hand. in as we identify each one and we'll pull from consent uh for discussion on the regular items list and uh which is the final section. So applicants will have uh three minutes
to state their uh positions in their case and their request and Other people in the audience that who may have questions or concerns can have three minutes to ask their questions, then the applicant will have an opportunity for rebuttal. There is a procedure to request additional time,
at least 24 hours before the meeting in writing. I don't know of any requests. that have been made. Uh have there been any requests? No. Thank you. Okay. Um
