Thank you. So um I'm gonna tell you a little bit about the meeting today, but first before we do that Anybody who is planning to give testimony today or get up and speak? If you'd ra uh stand up and raise your right hand please and be sworn. Anybody who plans on speaking?

So I'd like to welcome everybody today. We are the Planning Commission. We're appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and we meet twice a month. We serve as a local planning agency. We hold public hearing and t and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners. Our recommendations. on comprehensive plan amendments. Land Development Code amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requests. Plan Commission is the final decision making body for special exceptions, certain appeals. variance requests and certain alternative
standard requests. However, final decisions may be appealed. to the Board of County Commissioners. If anyone is in opposition to any comprehensive plan amendment, Land Development Code Amendment. Rezoning conditional use or any item. Where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners It's important for you to attend the poor the county commission meeting. Those dates are available for you if w if uh you don't know what they are. Those
of you are not familiar with the the uh format of the per of the meeting today. We have three sections and we have Continuances. We have consent items and we have regular items. Yeah, continuances are when the staff or the applicant has requested that a application be continued for Any number of reasons, and it's been our custom t unless they're extenuating circumstances, to grant those Request for continuance. Uh the consent items are items
that we'll go through one at a time. As we go through consent items, if there's something on consent. that you would like to have discussed, raise your hand and we'll pull it off consent. And put it on to the regular items. The uh Uh then we have the regular items and those are items that will be fully vetted today. You'll have a chance to uh hear testimony from the applicant and You'll have an opportunity to ask questions if you have any. So um Applicants
will have five minutes. to make their presentations and Questioners will have three minutes to ask their questions. We should try to um observe those times pretty rigidly. So anybody gets a chance to speak, uh needs to speak. And then uh following the presentation Um
