Public hearing procedures and consent agenda

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

This archive found it in the recording: a call to order, a recess, or business the board never listed. The county recorded nothing about it, so everything below is our reading.

The source document

Published agenda

The county’s agenda for Planning Commission, Nov 19, 2020

The published PDF. Its text could not be extracted, because it is an image-only scan, so nothing in it is searchable here. It still reads normally.

Approved minutes

The county’s minutes for Planning Commission, Nov 19, 2020

The published PDF, as served by the county. This item is one entry in it.

What was said

Transcript

Machine transcription of 2m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 100% of 5 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.

Okay, very good, thank you. Okay, now we will move on to the public hearing procedures. Uh participants attending through the public comment kiosk and WebEx participants, including the applicants who have pre-registered for the hybrid virtual planning commission meeting. will be mo notified by county staff when they will be permitted to speak. Applicants will be limited to five minutes and other participants will be limited to three minutes unless additional time is approved at least twenty four hours in advance of the meeting. Participants

attending through the public comment kiosk and WebEx participants must clearly announce the following items before speaking, and at that time they will be sworn by the clerk, They must announce their name, address, Agenda item number or agenda item title. Then the three or five minute timer will start. After public comment kiosk and WebEx participants, we will read into the public record Comments, documents, PowerPoints, or videos that have been identified

by members of the public to be read out loud at the meeting, limited to five minutes for applicants and three minutes for other participants. Today we have two public hearing items I believe on the consent agenda. These items will be approved by a roll call vote at the end. unless the item is pulled from content consent. Once a motion is made on the consent agenda, the The Planning Commission member who makes the motion will state his name. The Planning Commission member who seconds the motion will

state his name and the clerk will call the roll.

Denise, do you wanna Do that.
