What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
This archive found it in the recording: a call to order, a recess, or business the board never listed. The county recorded nothing about it, so everything below is our reading.
The source document
The county’s agenda for Planning Commission, Nov 19, 2020
The published PDF. Its text could not be extracted, because it is an image-only scan, so nothing in it is searchable here. It still reads normally.
The county’s minutes for Planning Commission, Nov 19, 2020
The published PDF, as served by the county. This item is one entry in it.
What was said
Machine transcription of 1m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 100% of 5 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.
So if I may before we adjourn, if that's okay. All right, thank you. So um Planning Commission members, I do want to let you know that for Civic Clerk, which is the new system that we're using, uh, the uh the Civic Clerk team is going to be implementing a dashboard called the Board Dashboard or Committee Dashboard, which basically you can access the um the actual record through this dashboard. Once that's implemented, which will be very Soon they're going to be sending a tutorial tutorial
on how to use that. And then also it has been brought to our attention and we understand that some of the map attachments are not loading very well. That's a problem that we have to take care of within our when we upload the attachments, we have to flatten them or optimize them. So that way they're viewable in a better way. So we'll start doing that and you'll for the next uh public hearing you'll see that all your attachments should knock on
wood load um perfectly with with perfect ease.
Great.
That's all I had, sorry.
