This is to uh correct a mathematical error that was on this uh this agenda item in the amount of $1,035 and 50 cents, which was incorrectly reflected as the closing cost. The closing cost is actually five hundred and ninety-three dollars and fifty cents, and so the new fiscal impact section will Now read eleven thousand five hundred ninety-three dollars and fifty cents, uh which includes the purchase price of eleven
thousand dollars plus the closing costs of five hundred ninety-three fifty. With that correction, recommend approval.

Uh this item was pulled and revised because there were some uh edits, uh markup uh changes, edits that remained in the final document. So we revised pages thirty-two and thirty-three of the final agreement to remove those uh markups. Okay. I recommend approval of the revised document. We've have a problem.
