Yes, good morning board. Uh facilities management director. C16 is the award of the construction manager at risk for Moss and Associates, the approval of the initial construction agreement. We uh were hoping to bring the finalized agreement. There are still just a few minor items that uh the County Attorney's Office is working out with the with the firm Moss and Associates. And so we are asking to designate

authority to the county administrator. Revised documents listing that designation have been distributed this morning. And with that, we recommend approval.

Yes. I w I was gonna pull this any uh this item as well. I did talk to Mr. Brightonbach as well about it. Um There was another company that was very, very closely rated, matter of fact if you gave more of a local preference, uh and it and took for the owner living in Osmar and a secretary living in Ozmar. You might even say the votes could have been switched the other way. Uh Ajax is doing a great job for us out at Wiregrass. Uh I don't know if you're not going to be able to It's it's hard to see all the scoring and I don't I've only seen it as of this morning, but I actually prefer the

company Ajax. I talked to them well before any of this goes on on for the past couple of years, as we talked about uh doing the jail. I l I love their mental health component, what they thought they could do. Um it was a tight vote. Does anybody have any feeling about changing to Ajax?
