Okay. So uh I'd like to welcome everybody today. We're the Planning Commission and we're appointed by the County Commission. We meet twice monthly. We serve as a local planning agency and we hold public hearing and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations. on comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, rezoning and conditional use requests. The Planning Commission is the final decision making body for special exceptions, certain appeals. variance

requests and certain alternative standard requests. However, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. If anyone is in opposition to any comprehensive uh Plan amendment. Land Development Code amendment. rezoning, conditional use, or any item where Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. It's important for you to t attend the appropriate county commission meeting. For those of you who are not familiar with the meeting uh format. Uh

we have three segments really. We have uh In in some cases, not in every case, we have continuances. And it's been our uh custom to approve continuances unless they're extenuating circumstances they might A request might come from the applicant or from the staff. We also have uh Consent items. Those items are usually items where the applicant has not received any letters or notices of objection and the staff uh We'll put that on their our consent agenda. Once

we go through the consent agenda item by item, if there's anything on there that you want to be heard today. Make yourself known and we'll pull it from consent for uh further discussion. today. And uh if Whatever remains on consent agenda will be voted on at one time. And uh and passed. Then we have regular items. Those eye those are items that are not continued or not on consent. and those will be discussed here today. And uh Everyone will have an opportunity to speak. Applicants

will have uh Three minutes to make a presentation, and anyone with questions, concerns, or objections will have three minutes to state their concerns. And then following the presentation the applicant will have opportunity to uh get up and answer or respond to those questions or objections. Uh if I think there have been no requests for uh extra time, am I correct?
