So public hearing procedures are as follows, uh in person participants participants appending uh per attending through WebEx. including the applicants who have pre registered for the hybrid virtual planning commission meeting. will be notified by county staff when they will be permitted to speak. Applicants will be limited to five minutes and other participants three minutes unless additional time is approved at least twenty-four hours prior to this meeting.
