Okay, I'd like to welcome everybody today. We're the Planning Commissioner. We're appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and we meet twice each month. We serve as a local planning agency and we hold uh public hearings and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, land code, land development code amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requests. The planning commission is the final decision making. Body for special exceptions, certain appeals, variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests. However,
any final decision may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. If anyone is in opposition to any development code amendment, rezoning, conditional use, or any item where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. uh it's important for you to attend the appropriate Board of County Commissioners meeting. For those of you who are not familiar with the pro uh process that we follow here, we have uh broken into several sections. Uh first is uh sometimes we have requests for continuances
from uh either the staff or the applicant. It's been our uh tradition to approve those uh requests for continuance unless there are extenuating circumstances. And we have uh Items that we're that are on a consent agenda. We'll go through that consent agenda item by item. And uh if you see anything or hear anything on that agenda that you'd like to have heard today or that you have questions about, raise your hand when we uh read read that item off and we'll pull it
from consent and it'll be put on the regular item list, which is the third thing that we do. Anything that's not on Continuance or on consent goes on the regular schedule. So that's what we'll do. Applicants have three minutes to make their presentation and questioners or objectors will have three minutes to state their concerns. And following the presentation the uh applicant will have uh adequate time to uh respond. There's been a
request at least 24 hours before the meeting for extra time. Uh such time may be granted, and I believe I have two such requests uh for extra time. I believe that was all, right?
