Consent agenda PC1, PC2, PC3, PC5

What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

This archive found it in the recording: a call to order, a recess, or business the board never listed. The county recorded nothing about it, so everything below is our reading.

The source document

Published agenda

The county’s agenda for Planning Commission, Jun 6, 2019

The published PDF. Its text could not be extracted, because it is an image-only scan, so nothing in it is searchable here. It still reads normally.

Approved minutes

The county’s minutes for Planning Commission, Jun 6, 2019

The published PDF, as served by the county. This item is one entry in it.

Machine transcription of 3m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 100% of 18 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.

Denise

Thank you. Good afternoon, Planning Commission Members. Denise Hernandez, Planning and Development. Today we're going to start going through the consent agenda, beginning with item PC one. Which is PDD nineteen dash zero eight nine three. It's a transportation quarter of management variance request for the name of care under the names of Carefree Shadowwood LLC, Shadowwood Village Phase 3 expansion. And it's a request for reduction in right-of-way dedication requirement. This comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions, and I

do want to make a note on the record that commission districts should be five and not four.

Did you want to call for any public comment on that item? Is there

Planning Commissioner

any public comment on this item? Is the is the uh the applicant in attendance? C nine.

Denise

Item PC two is PDD 19-7415. It's a special exception. It's for Pasco County Facilities Management Department, Duke Energy Florida LLC, for an electrical substation in an AC district. This comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions. I did forward to the Planning Commission some modifications to the memo that was actually published. I did also contact the clerk's office and provide that information. That includes, and I'm coming up to it, it

includes an addition at the end of Finding of Fact No. 9, which states the necessary right-of-way will be addressed through the purchase and sale agreement between Duke and Pasco County. And it also contains a complete strike-through of condition of approval number two. With that, Planning and Development Department recommends approval with conditions as contained in your packet otherwise.

Planning Commissioner

Okay. Is the applicant present? Okay.

Denise

Item PC three is PDD 197417 in the name of Kelly and Lynn Logan. This is a special exception for home occupation for dog daycare in an AR1 agricultural residential district. This item comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions.

Planning Commissioner

And the applicants present? Okay. Thank you.

Denise

Item PC four is listed on your consent agenda but it's going to be pulled. That's P D D nineteen dash seven four zero six and I will present that after the consent agenda.

Planning Commissioner

Any applicants present here for that as well? Okay, thank you.

Denise

Item PC five is PDD 19-CU37, and this is a conditional use request in the name of Tampa Premium Outlets slash Aloha. It's for the sale of alcoholic beverages, beer and wine only, on premises consumption, in conjunction with the operation of a courtyard kiosk for outdoor sales and service of alcoholic beverages in a master plan unit development district. This comes to you with a recommendation of approval with conditions. Yeah.

Planning Commissioner

Is the uh applicant present for this as well? Yeah. Okay, thank you.

Denise

And that is the end of the consent agenda.

Jaimie Girardi

Mr. Chair, you do need to ask if there's anybody in the audience that's opposed to either PC one, PC two, PC three, or PC five. Is there anybody here that's opposed to PC one, two, three, or five?

Okay, seeing no one. Thank you.

Michael J. Cox

Seeing no one move for approval. Second.

Planning Commissioner

I have a motion of a second. All in favor? Aye. All opposed? Motion passed.
