P33 PDE 260011 comprehensive plan amendment Heasley PD
What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.
What was said
Machine transcription of 4m of recording, with speaker names inferred from voice matching. 79% of 28 lines carry a name. It shows what was said, not what was decided, and both the words and the names can be wrong.
Boulevard, and providing for additional text amendments as necessary for internal consistency. Providing for repealer server ability on an effective date, this comes to you with a recommendation to continue the item to the april twenty-one, twenty twenty six Board of County Commissioners meeting at one thirty P. M. or as soon thereafter as may be heard in New Port Richey.
Okay, I have a motion to continue P thirty two. Move. All in favor say aye. Aye. Aye. Okay. Yeah. P thirty-three, comprehensive plan amendment. It says consent. We shall have to vote on it. Um,
Title title update that I need to make for this item.
Okay. All right. So P thirty three.
Yes.
P thirty three we have previous Approved for publication January seventh, twenty twenty-six, supplemented by certificates of mailings and site postings for the February seventeenth, twenty twenty-six board meeting, where it was continued to today.
Item P33 is PDE 260011. This is uh and I'll read the change in title here because the agenda memo is different from what the title is on the agenda. So the correct title is An Ordinance Amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan, providing for a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps. 2-15 and Sheet 12, changing from Res 3 residential 3 dwelling units per gross acre to PD Planned Development on approximately eighteen point nine nine acres of real property
located on the north side of State Road fifty two, approximately six hundred twenty feet west of North Sun Lake Boulevard, and a text amendment creating Sub-area Policy Flu 7189. State Rule 52 Heasley PD and a map amendment to the future land use map two dash nine adding sub-area map two-nine eighty-nine State Row fifty two Heasley PD and providing for additional text amendments as necessary for internal consistency, providing for repealer serverability and an effective date. This comes to you with a recommendation to accept public comment and
adopt the proposed comprehensive plan amendment and ordinance by roll call vote. Does anyone
have any questions for staff on this one?
Um Mr. Chairman I just had a uh a brief conversation with the applicant and um well with the attorney for the applicant um requesting that they be sure and have a connection to the west into the uh E Lamp property. that they can't there's no development to the west but certainly that can be an amenity for this neighborhood um they are connecting to the east to the commercial right and so she's she's agreed to that and
so with that I'm fine with it
Okay.
Well, I'm gonna talk about other things later.
So as far as this this amendment here we can deal with that when it comes to P forty.
Right. That would be that would be appropriate for the M PD.
Okay. All right. All right, so no other questions for staff? Just time for public comment. Anyone for the public like to p speak to item P thirty three?
Just for the record, it noted that on the agenda it made reference to it's an extraneous comment for a consent. So there is no
consent
agenda for ordinance.
All right, so um We need a motion to approve.
Did we get a motion already? Or B thirty three, do we get a motion to approve?
All right, I'll move to approach. Not my favorite project.
This is on P thirty three.
Yeah.
Okay. Second. Second?
Okay. Now it's roll call vote. District 1, Commissioner Oakley. Aye. District 2, Commissioner Weightman High. District 3, Commissioner Starkey. Aye. District 4, Commissioner Yeager. Aye. District 5, Chairman Mariano. Aye. So
it passes
