6:58All right. I'd like to welcome everybody that's here today with the Planning Commission. We're appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and we meet twice monthly. Serve as a local planning agency and we hold public hearings and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners our recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments. Resoning and conditional use requests. The Planning Commission is the final decision making body for certain appeals, variance, special exceptions, requests,

7:28and the certain alternative standard requests. However, final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. So if anyone is in opposition to any Land Development Code Amendment, rezoning, conditional use, or any item where the Planning Commission transmits the recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. It's important for you to attend the appropriate Board of County Commission meeting. And for those of you who are not familiar with the meetings, we have three sections. We have continuances,

7:59we have consent items, and we have regular items. We'll go through the uh uh continuances first. Uh if there's something on uh continuance that you want to have heard and it's uh relevant, please raise your hand. But it's typically our uh uh tuition to grant continuance requests by the from the staff or from the applicant unless they're extenuating circumstances. We have uh consent items and we'll go through the

8:29consent items one at a time. Any uh any consent item that we uh raise you can uh notify me that you want to ha wanna have it heard and we'll put it t on to the regular items. Just raise your hand when we go through it. Otherwise we will uh

8:48Pass all the consent items at one time. And then we have the regular items. Those are the items that will be fully discussed today. Applicants will have five minutes to make their presentations, and questioners will have three minutes to ask their questions, and then the applicant will have time to come back up and respond to those questions.
