What the county recorded
This item is not from the published agenda
It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Oh Jamie's always here, but take your time.
That's everything at your abode. Good? Good. Yeah. That's good. I need to replace our roof sooner. Uh-oh. That's not fun.
And

So it's a kind of flex-based office of the front wires and
mass extortion. Like ran the whole like a warehouse plus a bar or something like that. And there's no competition.
If you don't have a flight,
an extra uh eight thousand dollars

Are you guys gonna stop by and take a look for us?
So find with it. Okay, I'd like to call on meeting to order to have a stand for a moment of silence and then the Pledge of Allegiance.
I pledge allegiance to the divine life of the United
States of America and to the Republic which spans one nation under God in the visible liberty and justice for all.
All right. Madam Clerk, do we have the roll call please?
Mr. Jirardi?
November 23rd, 2022, December 21st, 2022, January 18th, 2023, and January 22nd, 2023.
Okay, thank you.
So um I'm gonna go through the uh information about the Planning Commission and about our procedures. Before that I'd like to if we're anyone who plans to come up and speak today, I'd like for you to stand, raise your right hand and be sworn, please. Anybody that plans to come up and give testimony?
Thank you.
Okay, so I'd like to welcome everybody. We're the Planning Commission. We're appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. We we meet twice monthly. We serve as a local planning agency and we hold public hearings and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners our recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, resilience and conditional use amendments. The Planning Commission is a final decision-making body for special exceptions, certain appeals, variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests. However, final
decision may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. Anyone who's in opposition to any uh land development, code, amendment, rezoning, conditional use, or any item where the Planning Commission transmits a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, it'd be important for you to attend the appropriate County Commission meeting. Those of you not familiar with the format of the meetings, we'll go over those briefly. We have three sections. We have the continuances where this
is uh this is where the staff or the applicant has requested a continuance for any number of reasons. It's been our tradition to grant those continuances unless there are extenuating circumstances. Then we have a consent agenda. And that's an agenda where I where the items listed on the consent agenda will go through one at a time. And if there are no objections or nobody raises a hand to pull something from consent. then we will uh approve that consent
agenda all at one time. Anything that's pulled from consent will go on the irregular items and that'll those will be fully heard, fully vetted. You'll have a chance to speak to those if you have something to say. And um applicants will have three minutes to make a presentation. And the questionnaires will have three minutes to ask their questions and then the applicant will have an opportunity to come up and and uh and respond to any of those questions. We
have uh a rule here where we want to make sure that if you have your phone with you, most of you probably do, please put it on the silent position. I don't like to hear it going off when somebody's trying to speak. And before we start the ma regular meeting, is there anyone that's here, or any group that's here, to speak on something that is not on today's agenda?
Okay, I don't see anybody on anybody on WebEx.
Mr Chair Denise Hernandez, no one on WebEx uh has signed up to speak on an item that is not on the agenda today.
All right, then we can begin.
Thank you, Mr. Chair, Planning Commission Members. Denise Hernandez Planning and Development. We're going to start with item PC two, which is PDD 237607. It's a zoning amendment for Bailey's Wildcat CC M PUD Connected City Master Plan Unit Development.
Oh. Yes,
Mr. Chair.
Do we have minutes to approve? You do have minutes to approve. Okay. I would just stand if you're paying attention. I was. Okay. All right, you make a motion. So
