Annual board organization and officer elections

11:08Uh Mr. Steinsteiner, will you uh please go over today's proceeding regarding the reg organization of the board?

11:17Today is your annual organization. The role of chair to conduct elections will be performed by the clerk and comptroller. Um The current chair hands the gavel to the clerk. And elections for the chair and vice chair for the board of county commissioners shall be con conducted as follows. The clerk shall call for nominations for the full board. for the office of chair, nominations And

11:47And uh Nomination nomination does not need to be seconded. Uh clerk will announce Commissioner X has been nominated for the office of Chair. Are there any further nominations? And call for a second time. Once the chair is decided, the chair will conduct elections for Um Vice Chair and Second advice.

12:21I um I now open nominations for the Office of Chair. Are there any nominations?
