Um Talk to the county administrator, County Attorney's Office, they asked if I would bring this forward during miscellaneous business today so we can get it on. Um they're available to anyone who w so you f you know if these lists of lands available for taxes are available to anybody that wants them. Um so it's important that we get we get this done today. Um One is for $7,400,
one is for $4,100. The first one is for a future project, and the second one is needed to be able to maintain the existing right-of-way. Um, so I'll read through this, but if the board is interested, and hopefully they are, um I'll need I'll make a motion to approve these. Um the first parcel. Is I let me go to my larger writing because it's hard for me to say. Um, I would ask to approve the county's purchase of parcel numbers two three-two three-two one-zero zero one zero dash
zero zero zero zero zero dash zero zero one zero in the amount of seven thousand three hundred and forty-three dollars and seventy-eight cents. And the second would be parcel number Parcel number 34-25-18-000-0020-0027 in the amount of four thousand and ninety-five dollars and ninety-one cents. Funding for the first parcel and the amount of the acquisition
cost is available in the public infrastructure engineering services, road and street land road. Licucci Row improvements, project 2036. Um, and that's roll up code 727549. And the funding for the second parcel and the amount of the acquisition costs is available in project number RPM-00. Roads program maintenance under roll up code two six nine three seven.
east of State Road five seventy five. Um it would be neat if the future realignment of intersection of the intersection of state road Five seventy five. It's 0.33 acres and near the Pine Products Road in SR 575. And the second one is the bend at Causeway Boulevard. Staff will be bringing a resolution at the next breed meeting to bring Causeway Boulevard into the county's road system for maintenance. Um this is the southwest corner piece with
the bin and the acquisition of this parcel will be provide the space they need to maintain that section of road and possibly improve the safety of that corner. Bottom line is They're there now. Somebody could grab them if that were to happen. You may run into a situation now it's going to cost us more because we're going to have to go to the row process, the row acquisition process. Or, you know, you actually could get to the point where you have to do an imminent domain and that costs a lot more. So if there's any questions, feel free to ask me. Mr.
