We have no minutes. So I'm gonna go through the instructions today for those of you who haven't maybe haven't been here before. Um But before we do, um Anybody who plans to give testimony today or signed up, please stand and be sworn. Raise your right hand.

All right. Thank you. So welcome. We're the Plan Commission. We're appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. We meet twice a month. We serve as a local planning agency and we hold public hearings and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners. Our recommendations on comprehensive comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, rezoning. and conditional use requests. The Planning Commission is the final decision-making body for special exceptions, certain
appeals, variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests.
However, the final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. Anyone is in opposition to any Land Development Code amendment?
or in any ca anything, any item where we make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, it'll be important for you to attend the following uh Board of County Commissioners meeting. Those of you who are not familiar with the format of our meetings, we have three sections. The first is the continuances, second is consent items, and third is regular items. On the first one for continuances, it's our custom to, if the applicant or the staff
have requested a continuance, For any number of reasons. It's uh been our custom to grant those continuances unless there are extenuating circumstances. And then we have consent items. Those are items where we haven't received any notices of objection from anybody, and the staff is recommending approval. So we will go through those one at a time. If there's anything on our consent agenda that you'd like to have this discussed today when we read the uh consent item, please raise your hand. We'll be happy to
pull it from consent, put it onto the regular items. And then the third one of course is the regular items and those will be everything that's left after we get through the first two. So uh applicants will uh have a chance to come up and make a presentation. The applicants have five minutes to make their presentation and anyone here to ask questions or concern have concerns about it will have an opportunity to come up and speak and they have three minutes to state their concerns. And after that happens,
then the applicant will come back up and try to respond to any questions or concerns. The uh uh
