What the county recorded

This item is not from the published agenda

It is a stretch of the recording that this archive identified as a separate matter — a call to order, a recess, or something taken up that the agenda does not list. There is no official title, no staff recommendation and no disposition, because the county never recorded one. Everything below is inferred.

Okay, good ever good afternoon, everybody. I'd like to call back to order the Pasco Board of County Commissioners May 19th, 2020. Like a remind everybody that's present to please silence all electronic devices and mute your microphones at this time. Now we're we will proceed with public hearing, starting with item P1 ordinances. Madam Clerk, do we have proof for item P one?

Kathryn Starkey

My apologies, my phone was on mute. Yes, um item P one was published in the Tampa Bay Times on April nineteenth, twenty twenty.

Jack Mariano

I see the thing is withdrawn, but um staff

Denise

Yes, item P1 is BCS200173. This was supposed to be an amendment to Land Development Code, Section 1104, flood damage prevention, and indeed it's being withdrawn from further consideration.
