UT 200295, a resolution by the Board of County Commissioners of Pasco County, Florida, authorizing streetlight service within the area commonly referred to as Turtle Lakes, authorizing an assessment rate change and establishing the levy of assessments against the property benefited by the street lighting in accordance with the Pasco County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 94, Article 2, Sections 94-46 through 94-56, asked that the Board adopt the resolution. Solution by roll call vote.
