Alright, well, I'd like to welcome everybody today with the Planning Commission. We're appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and we meet twice monthly to serve as a local planning agency. And we hold public hearing and transmit to the Board of County Commissioners our recommendations on comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, rezoning, and conditional use requirements. Planning Commission is the final decision-making body for special exceptions, certain appeals, variance requests, and certain alternative standard requests. However,
final decisions may be appealed to the Board of County Commissioners. Anyone in opposition to any Land Development Code amendments? rezoning, conditional use, or any item where we make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners, it would be important for you to attend the Board of County Commissioners meetings.
Those of you not familiar with the format of the meeting, there are three sections, typically. Section on continuances, where the either the staff or the applicant has asked for a continuance for any number of reasons. It's been our tradition to grant those unless there's extenuating circumstances. If we have consent items, those are items where we've not received any objections through letter, online, or otherwise in person. Um We'll go through those. If there's something on
consent today that you'd like to have heard, raise your hand when I call it out. And we'll pull it from consent and put it on the regular items. And the regular items are those items that we will fully vet today and get presentations and we'll ask for rebuttal or questions. Questions from the audience. The applicants will have five minutes to make their presentation, and the audience, if they have questions and so forth, will have three minutes each.
Um and then we have uh opportunity for additional time, but that has to be requested at least twenty-four hours in advance in writing. I don't believe we have any requests for extra time, do we?
